Cronin’s Landing is a mixed-use development consisting of 281 units of market rate housing, underground parking and retail space developed by the Boulder Company. It is located in the heart of the Waltham Downtown District and adjacent to the Charles River. The project is on the site of the former Cronin’s Department Store.
