Longview Place

Longview Place is a high-end, residential development consisting of 348 units with underground parking developed by the Boulder Company. It is located on a portion of the former Waltham Hospital, now Children’s Hospital Boston at Waltham. A 60” MWRA water main runs through the middle of the site which created a unique challenge for the site planning and construction. Paul Finger Associates worked closely with the client and project team to create a “Longview” concept in order to take advantage of the spectacular views of the Charles River, the City of Boston, and Prospect Hill Park. It also successfully addressed the issues presented by the water main.
