Cooper Street Residences

The Cooper Street Residences is a new apartment complex with 264 units adjacent to the Charles River in Waltham, Massachusetts. PFA was involved from the conception of this project, conducting a feasibility study as part of the client’s due diligence for this project and developing a public park on the banks of the Charles River.
