Cambridge Discovery Park

Cambridge Discovery Park is a phased development office park project consisting of up to 820,000 sq.ft. of office space at full build out by The Bulfinch Companies. The property is situated adjacent to the Alewife reservation area and the Little River. The redevelopment of CDP allows for a more efficient use of land while reducing the impact of development within the Alewife reservation by restoring much of the development to its natural condition. In addition, the property lies almost entirely within a flood plain prompting the need for sensitive design of the buildings and the surrounding landscape.
